Our company As our many satisfied customers who have trusted us for nearly 60 years can attest, we have been able to diversify and evolve with the growing needs of our customers. Here, accessibility to our team members is easy, and we are particularly proud to offer you a truly personalized service. Ventil-Air Vallée & Fils Our family history As our name indicates, Ventil-Air Vallée et Fils is a family business. Hector Vallée and Ginette Séguin, then newlyweds, started their business in the 1960s. At the time, they had a truck and a simple storage space in the backyard of their home. But above all, they were motivated by a job well done and the desire to satisfy their customers. They dreamed of a successful business and put in the hours and effort to make it happen. In the 80's, their son Ghislain took over the business and was looking forward to continuing its expansion. Today, Ghislain Vallée, his wife Natalie and their twenty employees, including Ghislain's two sons, Pierre-Luc and Jean-Michel, ensure that Ventil-Air Vallée et Fils remains a leading heating and air conditioning company. What makes us different The values that drive us are in line with our mission and the family foundation of our company. We will be there to meet your needs while respecting your priorities, your budget, and your requirements. We have therefore implemented preventive protection measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic currently happening. • We make sure that our employees, representatives and technicians in service do not show any COVID-19 symptoms and that they are not under a preventive isolation order. • Before authorizing any home visit by our representatives or technicians, we will ensure that it does not show any risk of danger for their health. We will, for instance, inquire on if one or many residents of the household: • suffer from COVID-19;• show symptoms of COVID-19;• are in preventive isolation. • Our employees follow the guidelines of the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail (CNESST). They must: • wash their hands regularly, and specifically immediately before and after a home visit with hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes;• limit their interaction with the household residents and keep a distance of 2 metres from them;• disinfect their equipment and tools used during a home visit.
